Mortech Sued Over Google Deal
LendingTree v Mortech
Mortech Inc. is partnering with Google to launch an online mortgage loan aggregator service.
But a statement from LendingTree LLC indicated the deal with Google violates covenants of a contract between LendingTree and Mortech.
So LendingTree has filed a lawsuit against Mortech.
Mortech is the maker of Marksman Mobile, a service that includes a product and pricing engine and customer relationship management features, with a mobile platform that is linked to mortgage lead provider data.
