Huge FHA Fraud Settlement
Cost of agreement could reach $55 million
Beazer Homes USA Inc. has agreed to a settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice.
Employees of Beazer Mortgage allegedly committed mortgage fraud on loans insured by the Federal Housing Administration.
The loans were used to finance Beazer Homes purchases.
